Applied online and got an interview for a few days in the future. Showed up and it was a group interview with about 8-10 other people. We were asked about prior customer service experience and were asked to make sure we could handle the physical aspect of the job.

Are you available to work everyday? Weather conditions cannot affect the way you get to work/if you want to work that day.
They just asked my name, email address, and address. They did not ask anything about previous experiences or anything. It seemed like they just wanted to know how near/far you stay from the job's location,

The interview process wasn’t to long or too short it was just right it’s pretty straightforward and simple really easy as long as you have an ability to talk properly and process what they are saying to you
