I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at UPS (Parsippany, NJ) in Nov 2023
Interview
Everything was done online, there really was no interview, it was just filling out a lot of personal information, background check, back account info to deposit checks, availability to attend orientation to be assigned a position. This was a seasonal position however, not sure how a regular employee interview process would be like.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at UPS (Greensboro, NC)
Interview
I worked at UPS a few years back. I applied and on my resume I put down what I was trying to accomplish in life and what I was studying at the time (PreMed). I still got the plant tour but never heard back. I applied again in 2 months and put down minimal information about my hopes and dreams and guess who got the job. Granted this was a entry level job for a college student, it still showed me that UPS appears to be hiring individuals with no other options. I could be completely wrong on that. The interview itself was not really much of an interview but a job expectation, what you will/can be doing on site.
