I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at UPS in Sept 2014
Interview
Very easy interview process. Initial contact consists of scare tactics to make sure you actually want to work there and do the job. Second interview consists of verifying your credentials as far as driving abstract and your ability to physically and mentally do the job. Other than that the interview process is a piece of cake.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at UPS (Morris, MN) in Nov 2019
Interview
Quick, to the point. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Important questions revolved around driving history and related physical requirements of the job. Not many questions asked revolving past or related work experience, etc.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UPS (Denver, CO) in Aug 2018
Interview
Initial interview was short while covering initial qualifications. The policies do seem quite old fashioned (gender specific appearance requirements, no body art, hairstyle restrictions) but the staff executing the interview seemed much more open-minded. The religious music playing in the customer area was surprising.
