Pretty straight forward, asked about your background, what field of engineering did you study in. Behavioral questions on situations if someone you work with disagrees with you or there’s a problem how do you solve the issue.

The interview process was quick.
Submitted my resume and got an interview the following week. Got the offer the same day and started that following week. Had about four people interview me the entire time and had only one interview.
I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at UPS (Maspeth, NY) in Oct 2021
Interview
Got a call after a campus career fair within a few days and the interview happened within a week. Then I didn't hear back from them for a month. I called back to follow up and they gave me the job.
