Interview
Short, personal 1-on-1 with the CEO. Via video conferencing tool. It was an understanding of the project management skills that an employee would bring on to the company. The company was small and hence, didn't really have a full management team. This prompted employees to take on more diverse roles and hence an understanding was necessary.
