Two phone screens and then a 4 hour onsite. The interview wasn't that difficult, and the culture isn't as scary as people on here make it out to be. I thought I had done well, especially given the positive feedback and coaching I was getting throughout the entire interview process, but in the end, they wanted someone with more experience. Not sure why they brought me in then, since my resume was pretty clear on how many years I've been working, and what the scope of my experiences were.
