Initial recruitment interview was simple. First "full" interview was with someone who asked questions that were totally unrelated to the type of work required for the role, but rather were related to the type of work HE did in a different role.

Only made it through the recruiter screening. It felt very rushed during the conversation. It didn’t last long at all. Maybe 15 minutes. I received an automated rejection email within 36 hours
