Starting off with Recruiter screening, where I did well and satisfied her. She very positive about my profile but got a reject the next day.

Follows Uber 5 step process: Talk with a recruiter about your experience and learn more about the job. Interview with the hiring manager to get more insight into the position. Assessment, I got a Google sheet with data I had to sift through and answer questions. Also had to make a visual for the assessment.

Question 1
For the first two interviews, it was just about myself and my experience. The last interview was different and had multiple interviewers asking me questions about how I would act in this position, what techniques I would use in certain scenarios, and how I dealt with issues in my past experience (they recommend the STAR method).
Scenario: Engineering dismissed a bug several weeks ago as non-critical, but has escalated since and is beginning to affect a large number of users, how would you portray this information to engineering?
