Was given a CodeSignal assessment with zero human interaction. two questions were directly from LeetCode medium.
Had less than a week to prepare for the coding assessment.
Not the way to attract quality researchers to your org. IMO

Interview
The interviewer was great and polite. The interviewer first talk about my background and then go-ahead talking about the motivations. I enjoyed the interview waiting for the results.
Hopefully, I will pass it. Data science means all coding no statistics. If your code is good then you get the job.
