It was smooth, questions based on scenarios and use cases were tested. Need to be cultural fit.
however the hr process took sometime even though it was the lieu period for the bank
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at United Overseas Bank (Singapore) in Mar 2021
Interview
First round consisted of 4 interviews spread over a week.
Interviewers were uncoordinated, and clearly hadn’t spoken to each other about me - each one asked me the same questions!
HR contact was rude and ghosted me for 3 months. After finally escalating to a senior HR person, I got an automated email that I have been rejected.
I tried reaching out to each of the 4 interviewers for feedback - but never got a response.
Looking back, I feel lucky - dodged a bullet with this company. Can only imagine the culture of apathy that prevails here
