The interview process was a great experience with the Unity team.
Very professional and detailed.
First stage is a screening call with the HR Team that explains the process ahead and checks the relevant experience with the role.
Second stage is a 30 min call with the hiring manager , experience check and skillset based on behavioral questions (STAR) and as well an explanation of the role.
Third stage is a role play exercise which gives you an opportunity to learn more about the company . This is your opportunity to showcase your skillset on discovery, active listening and negotiation.
Fourth stage is another call with the director / VP
Fifth and final stage is an in person meeting with the team on site.
Overall great experience, The HR team is very supportive and responsive and will keep you updated throughout the process.
