Interview
I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter. Had a 30 minute phone call with the hiring manager and was invited for an onsite. I spoke to 6 different people about the role and the team that they are building out. The onsite included a SQL whiteboarding session covering the basics. Within a day after finishing up the interviews, I heard back from the recruiter--they wanted to check my references. The reference checks took 1-2 days, followed by an offer. All in all it was a very quick and smooth process.

Interview
1 interview with HR and 3 interviews with members from the BI team. Interview with HR was 15 mins and rest of the interviews were 30 mins. Interviewers asked questions about stuff only on the resume nothing outside that. No real technical questions too
Recruiter reached out to me about the role and was very arrogant and rude when I began asking questions about the company. I asked if the company has been affected by covid and he laughed and said "clearly we're hiring which means we're not negatively affected". I also asked for him to address the negative reviews and he said "I don't know anything about that, I'm just a recruiter". Terrible, terrible call. Would never work there just based on this recruiter

Interview
I had a very smooth experience. At every step, they made sure they accommodated my requirements as I requested fast track process. First round was with the Senior Recruiter and was more like Interactive/Screening round. Next steps included Interview with Hiring manager and a fun SQL Test. And lastly, there were bunch of rounds with rest of the Team with whom you will be working closely.
Overall, it was a great experience as they ensure you are a mutual fit technically as well as culturally.
