I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Unity (London, England) in Apr 2019
Interview
I applied online with a cover letter and CV. Within 10 days, I was emailed to arrange a phone interview with the in-house unity recruiter. After this, I had a Skype interview with the manager of the assistants team.
I felt instantly relaxed when I spoke to both the recruiter and manager, which meant I could I really be myself and show my personality.
At the beginning the questions were open, asking me to talk broadly about my experience. Then they were more specific, narrowing down my experience and skills, relevant for the role. Near the end I was asked about myself and my personal interests.
After both interviews I was emailed immediately with feedback, which I really appreciated. After the last interview I was given verbal feedback and offered the job.
I thought the communication throughout was impressive. I liked the interview style as it was detailed and thorough, yet at the same time, friendly, insightful and an insight into the companies culture.

Question 1
How would you organise an online meeting for a large team, with people from different departments, roles and in different timeframes?
Lengthy interview process, I interviewed with 5 different people after a phone screen and a one on one. I seemed to mesh well with 4/5 but ultimately did not make the cut.
