Not the best Interview process. Recruiters do not keep candidates up to date with their progress and this is very poor communication.
It is quite disappointing considering that Unity is seen as an amazing company to work for.
It would be nice for recruiters to reciprocate (in a timely manner) the time and effort candidates put into their recruitment stages and process. Please in the future, keep candidates up to date and let them know where they are in the recruitment process, as other opportunities blossom elsewhere. I have seen this at other technology companies and it really sways people away, as the recruitment process starts to become more hassle for the candidate than they want or need. It should be a smooth process, with weekly updates on where they stand in the process. Improvements to the recruitment process are needed. I hope this part of the process is remedied ASAP.
