Interview
The recruiter was very helpful after the initial screen and did a great job of informing me of the layout of the interview process. First was the initial recruiter screen to gauge if I was a good fit for the position. My recruiter asked a lot of great questions to see how my experience lined up with the role and even gave me some tips on things that I could improve on my resume and resubmit before she passed it off to the hiring manager. After the recruiter screening was my interview with the hiring manager, and finally was a series of four virtual "on-site" interviews with various members of the team that I would be joining. There was no technical interview for this position, but it would be the third step for any positions that require it.

Question 1
Most of my interview questions involved my experience with developing and executing test plans for 3D graphics products, how well I work with teams scattered internationally, and how I approach communication in the workplace.
