Universum Graduate Development Program interview questions

You get to speak to someone over the phone for maybe 10-15 min. Then they select people to join at an assessment center. When I went to the assessment center we were 7 people in total. At the assessment center, which lasted for 2h, they talked a bit about Universum in 15min and then you got to solve a group case. After the case you sat down 1-1 and they asked you some questions.
