Interview
It is a thorough interview process but well worth it as you meet many people and can form a view on the culture. It also gives the company the chance to collectively screen someone against aptitudes, attitudes, skillsets and motivational factors and decide together whether it is a mutual fit.

Question 1
There are no specific set questions as such but they are keen to learn about motivational factors, successes/achievements and skillsets.
