Conhecimentos, Experiência do passado, Desenvolvimento e Planos de carreira. Tive que fazer um teste técnico e uma rodada de 5 entrevistas com pessoas de diferentes áreas. Processo foi longo e uma reclamação é que a oferta foi bem abaixo da expectativa compartilhada no processo seletivo. Negociação ao menos foi possível e acabamos fechando. Onboarding foi longo e bastante burocrático

It was well structure and friendly. I had a great experience and the recruiters were walking me through the process every step of the way.

The recruiter was in the Eastern Time zone which made communications difficult at time whether it was by email or phone. Once the initial phone screen was complete I spoke with hiring manger. They brought me onsite to speak with other managers and other personnel on the team.
