Interview
I had a very informal interview with the recruiting agent who want to know me personally before forwarding my CV to the company.
Then I had a 1:1 with the hiring manager.. very nice and then a skill test. Then afterwards with the Head of the Dept. [SVP Level] and Division [CxO] Level
I think I made a good impression on the Manager & SVP so he liked me straight away and hinted at offering me the job at that stage..
Note: My case may be peculiar because I know subject very well....and have loads of experience....

For the interview, I applied to about 10-15 roles online on the Visa website. From there I was contacted for a recruiter for 1 role. We agreed upon an interview time and then I received a call from the director of Information Security.
