Interview was casual and done by two people in the department. They asked basic interview questions and also had me do an excel test to show my level of expertise using the program. I was told the expectations and also we discussed salary and benefits if I was offered the position. It took about a week to hear back with a formal offer which was also emailed to me to sign and return.
