4 interviews, each lasting 30 mins. Most felt like conversations instead of feeling like interviews which is great because then there is less pressure. Things may have changed now because of COVID and may all be done virtually.

I just completed the Hirevue interview, 1 min prep, 3 mins answer, forgot how many questions in total. All are behavioural, basic questions like why do you want to join the company, leadership experience, handling conflicts

Seamless and effective process was notified within 1 week of my interview of the process. Was completed virtual with five 1x1 interviews and a team case study with fellow candidates.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at WTW (Singapore) in Feb 2017
Interview
Online interview (video + written response, 8 questions total). Next stage was a back-to-back interview with 4 senior managers and a supervised case study, with the 4 managers onlooking. Received an offer on the same day of the interview and case study. Waited 6 months for the programme to start in August only to find out that they could not secure my Employment Pass as they had an issue with the Ministry of Manpower. They apparently cancelled the entire program in Singapore now. Don't bother with this company.
