Telephone interview included three competency questions such as describe a time you have worked in a team, a time you have built a relationship, a time you have used initiative to improve a process or make a process easier. Then asked why have you chosen to apply to Towers Watson and Why the Retirement scheme? In total the interview lasted about 35 minutes. Got a reply the following day to confirm I had passed and booked assessment centre.
