Two interviews. First an introductory HR interview with the hiring manager. Typical behavioral and situational questions about past experience. Second - A prepared presentation on a given topic with a week to prepare. Given to a panel.

Applied online and contacted by the HR; very lengthy process with silence for about 3 weeks in between. Interviews are easy and standard. Communication with candidates can be better, overall okay experience.
