Interview consist of open house, lots of other applicants are in the room and we all set up employee accounts, received info on study guides needed to pass state insurance exam.

No questions were really asked, you just need to be able to obtain a health insurance license
Very easy to go through, passed my certification. I can’t recall exactly how it went because it’s years since I became a Benefit advisor. I think once you pass your certification, they immediately take you in for training. If you passed training you start working on floor.

Interview
Fantastic experience and very quick response time in my experience. My first interview was held in the morning and it so happened that I was moved to the next step. The hiring manager had open Availability that afternoon for a video interview. I completed that and was offered the job. Great experience and very positive vibes.
