It started with an online assessment, and then video interview with normal competency-based questions. Once you pass that you'll be invited to an in-person interview at their office. There were no technical questions, just competency questions for which the candidate can use the star methods.

The whole process went smoothly and nicely. It has four stages, behavior interview with HR, another round of behavior interview with the business lead and the team, a technical interview on Excel, and personality test

Tell me a time your project didn't go as planned and what move you take to overcome the issue
4 rounds, a lot of questions and many interviwers. There is also psychometrics and logical tests. Interviews are either online or physical. Better come prepared with info about the company and the job.
Video interview with standard questions, nothing out of the ordinary. Plenty of time given to complete the questions. Why do you want to work at WTW? What makes you a good fit for the role?
