I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at WTW (Pittsburgh, PA) in Oct 2015
Interview
Interviewed with two people, very standard behavioral questions. The interview took about 40 minutes with questions back and forth. Very easy questions if you answer truthfully, both interviewers were former benefit specialist and were very forthright with the questions, the position and what it would entail. The overall experience of the interview was very relaxed and easy going.
