My interview process took about 1 month from start to offer. I had an intitial call with a recruiter, then a behavioral, then a case. Everyone was very nice and relaxed and the case was pretty intuitive. Helpful to prepare some general knowledge on values of a retailer and Wayfair's business model.

Traditional phone screen followed by two case studies and a final behavioral interview. All three interviews were roughly an hour long. Cases were straightforward with simple math. Behavioral was based on the internal “people principles”.
Phone screening then 1 case interview followed by a back to back case study and behavioral interview. They provide preparation materials that are very helpful. Interviewers were very nice and supportive throughout the interviews
Made it through all 3 rounds of interviews just to find out the recruiter was fired and was given no update on whether or not the position was filled or closed
