Hirevue followed by a 3-round Superday. Very well run and seamless process. The interviewers seemed to really care about learning about you as a person, and understanding the nuance in your background. Technical questions focused on accounting, basic economic concepts, and lending—broad in scope, but not too difficult on an individual level.

Received a first round phone screen interview with two CIB Associates which lasted 30-35 minutes. From there went on to my superday. Superday consisted of four 30 minute interviews. Superday interviews were a good mix of behavior and technical questions

2 rounds. First-round is behavioral and light technical questions. The second round is more fit and more techincals. Super nice people to work with. Overall they are not trying to intimidate you, they make it a nice back and forth conversation.
