On-Site interview with 3 team members, asking various questions about the industry and industry standards. Interview was completed in a large meeting room. What was one example of a challenging issue you faced, and how did you resolve it.

It's a good experience, and will be waiting for the interview results and may be by next month I would be expecting the offer release and would be able to join in next month.
