I had a phone screen with a HR Rep after applying online. They sent me an email after a few weeks of applying and received a request for a phone screen. This then lead into another interview with the hiring manager.

For the phone screen, it was your typical behavioral questions such as tell me about a time when you had to solve a difficult problem while the latter was more focused on basic financial questions.
