The interview was very easy, I later found out that the manager I interviewed with was not the manager I worked for. The manager I interviewed with was much more personable.

Was hired through a staffing agency. Completed a phone screen and was hired as a contractor. Hired full time 6 months later as a full time employee with an increase in pay.

The process is ethical but taking too long to update the status in the HCM portal. I attended for two rounds of interviews.
