I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Wells Fargo (Bengaluru) in Jan 2018
Interview
I applied to a .NET position through a recruiter. It was a scheduled interview which took on a Saturday. The interview process took 1 day. Was offered within 5 days.
There were more than 250+ candidates who had come for the interview.
There were total 4 rounds. Written, Technical, Manager and HR.
Written round consists of 25 questions divided into 2 sections: 5 Questions based on code Snippets, 20 questions based on entire .net framework along with jquery and Angular. Each section had cut off marks. No negative marking though. Just brush up Herbert Schieldt book thoroughly to crack the round.
I cleared the written round and was called for tech round after 3.5 hours. 2 people took my interview. This round will be a bit difficult though. Questions were fired from all technologies of .NET, OOPS, ASP.NET MVC, EF, SQL, WCF, Web API and Angular.
This round went on for 30-40 minutes.
I cleared the tech round and was called to Managerial immediately. Nothing new here, Same old current and past project related questions.
HR round again nothing new. Same old why you wanna switch, NP, ECTC, CCTC etc etc.
Monday the recruiter contacted me to submit all documents. Once all documents were submitted, they released offer letter after 3 days.
