Interview
Pretty simple. Applied online then an interview within career management office. Interviewed by the VP of the Dallas office. The interview was very technical so be prepared for any CRE questions revolving cap rate and how each asset class is determined for the area.
Written exam. First interview with associates relatively behavioral minor technicals. Final round with SVP’s one interview is very technical one is more behavioral. Each interview was 2 weeks after the next and the whole process took about 2 months.

All virtual so far. A Writing interview and technical. Multiple rounds. Still in the process/ first couple rounds. Having you respond to predetermined prompts. Through Teams. Members have all been nice so far.

Interview
Interview questions are very easy. They want to know if you have a basic understanding of CRE and the markets. I will say, after my interview the recruitment coordinator and the team went silent on me. I was told I would hear back within a week, however, It has been a month since the final round interview and I have not received any communication as to where I stand in the process.
