Applied and received the invitation for a phone screening 4 weeks later. Completed the phone screening and the scripted interview with the Manager and Agile Coach a day to Thanksgiving. The interview went well in my opinion and then there was dead air since then and when I attempted to follow up, still dead air and then I checked the portal to find out I have been declined.
Two standard interviews with Sr Manager. Third, interviewed with a Lead Manager. The process was fairly straightforward. Timing from start to hire was a little over a month. All and all the interview questions were related mainly to how the Scrum process is ran
