The recruiters just ask general questions, nothing specific about the job itself. They asked questions that have nothing to do with the actual job description which makes it really hard to even make it to the actual interview with a manager.

Recruiter interview came first with generic background and then panel interview. Sometimes there were additional panel rounds, just depends on the applicant pool. Nothing further, just trying to get to minimum words.

Panel with a bunch of other interviewees, super informal, would not want to work there with people who handle interviews like that. Even though I was the only one with my name there, still they called me by the wrong name.
