I approached Wells Fargo through a staffing agency. We had aptitude and typing tests in the staffing agency. After that, the resume was forwarded to Wells Fargo. I had another Aptitude test in Wells Fargo which was slightly difficult when compared to the one I had given before. It was followed by a technical round.(Or operations round) The final round was HR or Managers Round.
