Initial screens all good.
Last conversation with lead recruiter - all "wows" listed:
1) used the F word!! - WOW
2) Rude, Condesending, Patronizing - WOW
3) Says they "we did a backdoor background check and were told that I xxxxxx xxxxxx". WOW
4) Is that legal? Ethical? And the alleged flaw was not only false, but so minor & unfortunately not "good" for Wells. WOW
I was dumbfounded but also amazed that my former mgr - although I was the rockstar of the team - would do that, against company policy and without moral compass.
