HR screening first. First interview with hiring manager. 2nd interview with 2 direct reports. It took a couple of weeks for them to respond. They were late to each interview.

Received an initial call for an interview. Completed the interview. Did not hear back for another month. Overall was not expecting much from Wells Fargo as they typically take longer to respond with a decision.
