Interview process was very horrible. HR didn’t understand the candidate backgrounds and experience. The hiring manager asked very theory questions and later I found out he teaches some after work data science courses. Advertised fake jobs with no real hiring but using the job posting to bait and switch candidates for a different role. Based on interviews with past and current employees and their existing clients the leadership is a white country club with loyal middle level managers performing poorly when compared to its peers. West Monroe will have difficulty finding new clients and projects with M&A taking a big hit.
