It was very fast and easy. There was not much eye contact involved. I was asked basic questions. I learned a lot about the company and what they do there.

Interview
I applied online and they got back to me quickly set up and interview a couple days later. The interview was okay. They have a nice office in Pleasanton and seem welcoming. However this is where things kind of fell apart. I had a great talk with one of the managers and things did seem to be going pretty well however, he could not answer me as to how much an average rep makes. This is obviously a big sign of concern. Also they aren't really clear about compensation, they say it could be a percentage of this or that depending but we can't really say.. sorta thing.
