An initial introduction and screening with a member of the the HR team, followed by a more technical interview with a Principal consultant discussing experience related to the job role and finally an exercise based on a previous Whitetree project.

Fair interview process. I got given the time to prepare a presentation. Asked questions on that presentation.
It felt like an authentic interview by covering real problem situation and a very "human" experience where the panel had clearly thought about questions for me.

Interview
3 stage interview. Initial Teams call with the internal talent team to discuss what you are looking for. Then invited to a technical interview with an SME to discuss CV and experience. A final interview where you give a presentation on a topic they set for you, with further discussion around the role and company and what you can expect if successful with the Head of Capability. The third interview is a lighter touch on technical ability as that has already been assessed.
