professional and to the point .observing employees on the phones making calls and listing in on conversations .then making outbound calls and listing in on their conversations. Took a tour of the office and explained the training involved before they put you on the phone.Explained the company benefits.

went well for the1 hour process, sat with collectors to see how the day to day structure was. then spoke with HR to discuss the benefirs the company offers. they have a nice facility but cubicles are a bit small. they have a nice breakroom. The late nights would be a prblem to work.
