Connected with hiring manager/owner, Rich, and scheduled a phone interview for the next day. Asked about my interests, experience, and extracurricular activities. Positive conversation led to an in-person interview the following week.
Went to SAP HQ in Newtown Square to meet Rich and his team. Was asked mostly behavioral questions. The position was described as mostly business development with a little bit of product management. Positive interview, Rich made sure to let me know he would get back to me promptly.
Waited 6 weeks with no response aka ghosted. I followed up once and never heard back. Finally got a response saying it was a no. It was more disappointing to not hear back for 6 weeks than to be rejected.
