Interview process was good except the TA pairing round,rather than concentraing on the C# and OOPs , they were mostly concentrating on Lifecycles of WebAPI,MVC. I thought that interview process has to be streamlined to organise interviews based on the experience level.
Rather I also feel having 4 rounds of technical assesment is time taking and it is more of waste of time for the developers,who might miss in the last stage of the recruitment process.

I applied for Senior Technical Consultant role in Java/Microservices etc.
The interview process consists of 3 Technical + 1 HR/Managerial round.
First technical is telephonic, second is that you need to make a running app of restful web services , Third/Skype is design questions based on the app that you made.

Telephonic round consists of basic Java questions/scrum/sprint/design that you will find in java revisited and other websites. The skype round will need somewhat coding skills/solid design principles ,basically questions from the app that you made.
