Gemakkelijk en overzichtelijk. 2 gesprekken gehad en daarna kon ik meteen starten met mijn trainingsweek. De gesprekken waren open en informeel. De functie was niet van de hoogste orde, dus het was ook niet al te ingewikkeld.
