Interview
1. Online Test
Average CAT level test consists of LR, DI, Verbal, Attention to detail
2. Telephonic Round
Easy introduction level questions
3. Case Interview
Business Case comprised of 4-5 questions to be solved in 40 minutes and then to be discussed with Consultant
4. EBI Round (Manager)
Puzzles,Guesstimates, Questions from Resume, Situation based questions
5. Fit Round (Sr. Manager/Partner)
Basic Intro and solid reasoning for the job/role applied for, situation based question
Smooth and transparent. Technical and manager rounds are mostly constitutes around how you go about a problem/situation, thinking process and execution. Overall, the entire process depends on how you go about it, just need to be confident and cognitively strong with good thinking and problem solving skills
The interview process was condensed to interviews, both split between a behavioral section and case study section. For the case studies they do require you to read many charts and graphs.

1 apti, 1 case study. Both were online. Then case study interview. If that would have been clear, next would have been hr. Online case studty round had 2 case studies. One was easy, 2nd one was medium.
