Interview
Interview comprised of 3 rounds, first was an online cognitive test, followed by a case study assesment which also constituted interview around the case study with a senior associate followed by guesstimate questions.
The final round was an interview with the manager.

Tell me your strength but not a generic answer more of derive them with your personal experience.
Smooth and transparent. Technical and manager rounds are mostly constitutes around how you go about a problem/situation, thinking process and execution. Overall, the entire process depends on how you go about it, just need to be confident and cognitively strong with good thinking and problem solving skills
The interview process was condensed to interviews, both split between a behavioral section and case study section. For the case studies they do require you to read many charts and graphs.

Given information about electric vehicles, which city would I advise adding EV chargers and what sites in that city?
1 apti, 1 case study. Both were online. Then case study interview. If that would have been clear, next would have been hr. Online case studty round had 2 case studies. One was easy, 2nd one was medium.
