The interview process was disjointed, drawn out, and unprofessional. It was unclear who my main contact person was, email and telephone response times were inconsistent and unpredictable, and it was difficult to make timely appointments for calls or meetings. They were flexible when I was forced to reschedule due to health reasons, although communications surrounding such rescheduling was confusing and inefficient. In the end I chose to decline because of a particular situation in which I was receiving contradicting communications from two different HR representatives, which left me with a very negative impression of their organisational approach.
