I applied for an entry-level position in the Buying team in August 2017. I had a very first interview on Skype (30 min) with the TL and a Senior Buyer. After a couple of weeks, I was called for a personal interview in Berlin, that the company offered me to reimburse. At the HQ, I was welcomed by the recruiter, a very nice and friendly girl who took me to the meeting room where I met the TL and Senior Buyer I spoke with during the first interview. We had an extremely nice talk (it lasted 90 mins). All of them asked me a lot of questions and looked genuinely curious about my previous working experiences and my motivation to join the team. At the end of the interview I was asked to do a test of Excel, in which I didn't succeed at all. I got rejected with a mail after 3 weeks. In my own case, I have no regrets: it was a very good experience and I had very good feeling about the company and the recruiting team. Very professional.
