Post my application, I had an exploratory call with one of the best HRs I have ever spoken to, which followed up by scheduling a hangouts interview. Post the interview they invited me to their Bwrlin HQ. The entire process was well managed. On the F2F interview, there were a total of 6 rounds scheduled with a lunch with potential colleagues. The panel was interested and asked relevant questions. They made it a point let me know they were taking notes and were writing their inferences of the interview discussion. I couldn't get through because I didn't do really well in one interview (I wouldn't have hired me if I was the hiring manager :) so I don't blame them) Feedback to Zalando: Please give the candidates a short break between consecutive interviews. It sometimes gets quite overwhelming and candidates could mess questions that they would normally easily answer.
